movies

Scoop is a nice but peachy movie.
but I like the witty remarks that Scarlett Johansson's pretend dad makes. He's so charming for a nutty guy.
One remark goes like " I used to have a wife but she said I was too childish and dumped me. And I had a good rebuttal but she wouldn't call on me when I raised my hand." OH! and there's the Let's Polka music! Oh my bring back those handbell times. Remember the purple score with crazy accidentals then went so fast! Goodness, luckily I was only the helper for Esther. We were like holding our breath every fast part then when the whole song ended you get to hear gasps of air. HAHA.
I go for movies with witty lines that brings out the character of a particular person.

V for Vendetta
VoilĂ !
In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venaland virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently viciousand voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance, a vendetta held as a votive not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilantand the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiageveers most verbose. So let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you......and you may call me V.

Amazing huh, I didn't know that so much words starting with V existed. The sec 2 pcs were equally stunned.

I just love movies like that.

I remember Mrs Jai being shocked at our movie choices during Eng when she was talking about Silence of the Lambs and a serial killer which kills ppl with dress size 14 ( Simin added here, " I'm dress size 10! in a very bimbo way which in turn made everyone laugh). And this serial killer tortures and kills them, skins them and make a costume for himself and dances around. How sadistic. And Mrs Jai said " CHILDREN these days.... Whaddya watch people! WINX CLUB!" Everyone sniggered. Those were the good ole times huh. I'm seriously gonna miss Mrs Jai.

I watched that! Sad movie, I didn't really like it though.

I watched it in LA. When I visited my aunt.
