One more reason to be friends with a vegan

During the careers talk, Miss Teo was talking about finding careers that help to "bring back the bacon."

Almost instinctively, I turned to look at Mel's face. I was greeted with a scrunching of the nose and the deadpan tone, "I ain't gonna bring back no bacon", which naturally cracked me up.

Later in econs lecture: "Yes! Breadwinner is a much better meat-neutral term."
