Today is my brother's birthday. Happy 12th bdae Jian Hao!
AND im so glad my mom is back from Perth.

Sunday
Went to orchard with dorothy and jia hui. went to bras basah first. couldnt find good materials so we took a bus to orchard. im so hurt they don't trust my sense of direction.
anyway i found out how sucky our maths are. shakes head in disappointment. in spotlight we were looking at the cl- materials. shall not name. trying to find out the amount of materials we need and either ended up with ridiculously big numbers or ridiculously small numbers.

anyway we had a good time.

the journey of 3 mad people. we apologize for any inconvenience caused to the sales people and the onlookers. :D

Saturday
The orchid shirt modelling. it was quite fun with joy. camel not matchstick! brace myself for this sat hectic schedule.

Fri
I was like woah! when i saw the omni theatre. the show was great. biology is so complex and the craft of God's hands is amazing such that every red blood cell counts.

Thurs
Event of the week! Got free tickets to midsummer night's dream. they said there were sexual scenes but i felt that it was okay. i like the fusion of the play by william shakespeare and the asian touch and the modern touch when hermia whipped out her cellphone and started finding lysander '' out of touch''. i liked the elaborate and exquisite setting and the large green balloons and interaction of fairies with audience. however the impromptu stuff was quite weird and the part i DIDNT like most was the play done by the 5 men. it was not relevant and didnt seem properly planned out. On the box up front they should not project any images. it was quite distracting.

maybe im still to young to appreciate literature and i don't get the way to speak tho i do understand the storyline. overall, it was captivating just with some awkward sections. i think the open-mindedness of the caucasians in the crowd lit up the play. however with all the impromptu stuff, appealing to singapore audience is hard as they prefer the conventional way.

thats all.
